Nullarbor – back & forth
It has been one of the biggest adventures 100 years ago and it’s still an adventure in the recent days. Even if it’s not life threatening anymore, the road that crosses the continent from Adelaide in South Australia to Perth in Western Australia (WA) is a long and demanding journey. And we did this 2.700 km trip twice. But why?
After a couple of weeks working on farms in Victoria we figured out that it is a rip off. Loads of people compete for underpaid and boring jobs. That’s not what we came for – next stop WA! So we packed our car and did this hell of a ride. We passed beautiful cliffs, some lonely trees, a few brave daredevils on bicycles and every 200-300 kilometers a roadhouse with high priced petrol.
And why again? We wanted to see the east coast of Australia and really can’t imagine to sell our beloved car Mr. Miyagi. So we joined our friends Janine & Fabian at their trip and did it again. Hell of a ride #2. YEAH!
